1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the 3D City Reliefs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms comply with Romanian e-commerce law (OUG 34/2014) and EU consumer protection regulations.

We offer custom 3D-printed city relief frames. All products are made to order using high-quality materials. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final product due to the handmade nature of our items.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, prices, and specifications without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and details, but actual products may vary due to screen settings and the 3D printing process.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed successfully.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by Romanian and EU law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Snipcart. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before order processing begins.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

As our products are made to order, production typically takes 5-10 business days. Custom orders may require additional time. You will be notified of any delays.

5.2 Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to hello@cityreliefs.com.

Exception: Custom-made products created to your specifications cannot be returned unless defective. See our Return Policy for complete details.

7. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

8. Product Warranty and Defects

Our products are covered by the legal warranty for conformity as required by Romanian and EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to the description:

• You must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect
• We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion
• The warranty period is 2 years from delivery for consumers

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and 3D models, is the property of 3D City Reliefs SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D City Reliefs SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

In accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms:

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
